    1      cup           granulated sugar
    1      cup           brown sugar -- packed
    1      cup           margarine
    1      cup           cooking oil
    1                    egg -- beaten
    1      teaspoon      vanilla
    3 1/2  cups          flour
    1      teaspoon      salt
    1      teaspoon      baking soda
    1      teaspoon      cream of tartar
    1      cup           Rice Krispies
    1      cup           coconut
    1      cup           nuts -- chopped
    1      cup           quick-oats -- uncooked
 
 Cream sugars and margarine. Add oil, egg and vanilla to creamed mixture, and mi
 x well. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Add cereals, nuts and co
 conut and blend well. This will be a stiff dough. Flatten spoonfuls of dough on
 to greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until bro
 wned.
