NOTES : The beautiful color of kiwi makes a lovely dessert presentation, especi
ally when garnished with ripe red strawberries or sprigs of mint. If you don't
plan to store this light dessert for a long time consider a presentation altern
ative: Save the kiwi peels once you've removed the pulp and use them as shells
to serve the ice. Spoon the ice into each shell for the final freeze and serve
 once the ice has hardened.
