       Yield: 1 Loaf
  
            -pat dwigans fwds07a
       1 c  Starter
     2/3 c  Sugar
     1/4 c  Melted butter or margarine
       2 lg Eggs, slightly beaten
       1 ts Vanilla
       1 c  Shredded green apple,
            Unpeeled
     1/2 c  Shredded carrot
       1 ts Cinnamon
       1 ts Baking powder
     1/2 ts Salt
   1 3/4 c  Flour
     1/2 c  Chopped nuts
     1/2 c  Coconut
  
   mix all together. Pour into a greased loaf pan. bale 350 for 50-60 minutes
   or until done. cook 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan.
   
   Refrigerate any left overs
