Cinnamon sugar crispies

       Title: Cinnamon Sugar Crispies

       2 c  All-purpose flour
     1/2 c  Sugar
       1 c  Butter; softened
       1    Egg
     1/4 ts Baking soda
     1/2 ts Salt
       2 ts Vanilla
            Sugar mixture:
     1/4 c  Sugar
     1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
      36    Pecan halves

       Heat oven to 375. For cookies, in large mixer bowl, combine all cookie
   ingredients. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 2-3
   minutes. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls. For sugar
   mixture, in small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar
   mixture. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Place 1 pecan half
   in center of each cookie. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until edges are
   lightly browned. Remove immediately. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
