Tempt-me truffles

       Title: TEMPT-ME TRUFFLES

       Yield: 4 Dozen
  
            Powdered sugar
       1 pk Philadelphia Brand cream
            - cheese; soften (8 oz)
       5    Squares unsweetened
            - chocolate; melted (1 oz ea
       1 ts Vanilla
            Toasted almonds; chopped
            Cocoa
  
   Gradually add 4 cups powdered sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each
   addition.  Add chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Chill several hours.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds, cocoa or additional powdered
   sugar.  Chill.  Makes 4 dozen.
