    8      ounces        Cacique Brand Queso Blanco Fresco -- cubed
    1      ounce         Cacique Brand Crema Mexicana
    1      cup           flour
    1      dash          salt
    1                    egg
    1      cup           milk
    4      ounces        orange marmalade
                         confectioner's sugar
    2      tablespoons   Grand Marnier
    4      ounces        orange juice
 
 Combine the flour, salt, egg, milk and butter with 2 tbsp. very cold water and 
 mix until smooth. In a Teflon pan, cook the crepes and fill with cubed Queso Bl
 anco Fresco. Heat the orange juice, marmalade and the Grand Marnier and pour ov
 er the crepes. Dust with confectioner's sugar and decorate with a spoonful of C
 rema Mexicana.
